1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Learn4Less Tutoring Services Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Learn4Less provides educational video content focused on UBC differential calculus. Our service includes:

• Access to bite-sized video lessons
• Progress tracking and bookmarking features
• Subscription-based premium content
• Free trial access to selected content

3. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: New users receive free access to trial content. No payment information is required for trial access.

Paid Subscriptions: Premium content requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation Policy: When you cancel your Pro plan, you will retain access to your account and all Pro features until the next billing date. No refunds will be provided for unused time. All sales are final.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to download, copy, or redistribute our video content
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Learn4Less Tutoring Services Ltd. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn4Less shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
